Three-story healthcare facility with terracotta textured facade, landscaped courtyards, and modern medical infrastructure.

Vision

Sali International Hospital is a multi-story adaptive reuse project that transformed an

existing warehouse into a fully functional IVF. The project investigates healthcare space as a

mediator between privacy, circulation efficiency, and emotional comfort: a private room, operating theaters, vertical circulation, and a landscaped garden. The use of terracotta painted facade and courtyard spaces, as well as warmness and natural light, helps the project merge an effective medical infrastructure with patient comfort and proves how adaptive reuse can be a successful way of combining technical performance and human-oriented design features.

For Sali International Hospital, the visual approach focused on expressing the

architectural sobriety and institutional character appropriate for a healthcare facility.

Emphasis was placed on materiality, light, and spatial clarity to reinforce the building’s

human-centered concept. In 2022, it was revisited with more sophisticated render development, with Lumion to further practice the architectural representation skills, especially composition,

atmosphere, and building digital images as an important tool of communicating spatial
